A grape-forward coffee so sweet you might just think its purple gatorade. Grape and blackberry mingles heavily with cane sugar, vanilla, chocolate and a floral side to make for a captivating cup, while a fresh citric/malic acidity keep it extra juicy.

Processing Info

Harvested in the main harvest (Sept-Dec) at Finca El Pedregal, this yellow bourbon was picked by hand, floated and sorted for quality, and set to ferment in tanks open to the cool environment for five days before being set to dry in cherry.

It was dried in marquesina (greenhouse) for a total of 14 days and rested one month in parchment before being dry milled and stored in the Native Root warehouse in Bogota.
