The Impression
Raspberry / Dried Fruits / Lively
Bright raspberry and intense tropical fruit dominate this cup profile, bringing along a punchy, champagne-like acidity. An extended fermentation and drying period are likely responsible for this interesting boozy quality, making this coffee especially unique. Lively, dynamic, and absolutely wild, this is an eye-opening cup.

The Story
LULO has been working with Delagua since its inception, and this is our third offering from them. They purchase coffee cherry from neighboring small-holder farms and process them all as naturals, in an effort to minimize water waste and contamination. Each coffee has been exceptionally stunning, and this one is no exception.
The Brew
Pour-Over
Ratio: 1:16
Grind: Medium-Fine
Time: ~3:00
Notes: Extracts evenly and easily. With finer grind sizes, this coffee can really push the ratio to its limits, reaching 1:20 or even 1:21, with a total brew time of 2:45, and absolutely POP.
