1.    I just placed an order. When will it ship?

We roast for our webshop orders every WEDNESDAY and ship THURSDAY.

2.    Do you ship internationally? 

      Just within Canada at the moment :( 

3.    Where do your coffees come from?

All of our coffees come from  authentic direct-trade relationships. We source coffee from friends in Panama, Colombia and Costa Rica. Everyone we work with practices sustainable and organic agriculture in their own way. Some have certifications, some don't - and we are completely okay with that. We import most coffees ourselves, and receive help from trusted Canadian importers when required. 

4.   Is your coffee refundable?

The quality of our coffees and your satisfaction when drinking them is a top priority for us. Our coffees are not refundable, but if you are unhappy for any reason please don't hesitate to contact us - we will certainly figure something out! 

5.   When does coffee expire? 

The good news is that coffee doesn't expire, however the quality does decline over time. The optimal window is 8 to 10 weeks after it's been roasted - but it will still be tasty for much longer! 

6.   Do you have specific coffees for filter and espresso?

Our coffees can be enjoyed as filter or espresso! We let you know our favourite way to brew each coffee on the product page and the bags.
