1.2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

1.3. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking information.

1.4. Shipping Locations: We currently ship to Canada and the United States of America. If your location is not included, please contact us at hello@lulocoffee.ca, and we will do our best to assist you.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

At LULO, we strive for excellence with every batch we roast and every bag we pack.

Our coffees are non-refundable, but if you were unhappy for any reason, or feel like we did not live up to your expectations, please contact us and we will work something out.
