1. Processing & Roast Schedule All LULO coffees are roasted fresh to order. We roast every Tuesday and Thursday, and ship every Wednesday and Friday. Orders placed before a roast day will ship on the following ship day. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotions.
2. Shipping Methods We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $70 CAD.
3. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking information.
4. Shipping Locations We currently ship to Canada and the United States. If your location is not included, please contact us at hello@lulocoffee.ca and we will do our best to assist you.
5. Return & Exchange Policy At LULO, we strive for excellence with every batch we roast and every bag we pack. Our coffees are non-refundable, but if you were unhappy for any reason or feel like we did not live up to your expectations, please contact us and we will work something out.
