Chamomile florals and sweet wildflower honey on the nose. The cup is a delight, showing white and pink fruits like Bartlett pear and guava. There's a light spiced character that comes through in the honey and heavy florals throughout. The mouthfeel is super juicy and effervescent, yet so sweet that it's almost syrupy. As it cools, the pear and guava shine.
This is a great example of how influential terroir and pristine post-harvest processing are.
