A deeply complex cup featuring a pronounced sweetness of guama, or ice-cream bean. This South American fruit is known for its sweet, cotton candy-like flavour and mouthfeel. The floral notes are off the charts, with a crystal clear articulation of lavender. Grapefruit-forward acidities provide an excellent melody to this symphonic cup.

Attempting to describe this wondrous offering in its entirety is an exercise in the ineffable. It simply must be experienced to be understood.
